This is a rare opportunity for a growth-minded individual to join a fast-growing exciting mission that will significantly impact the financial services industry and transform the lives of billions of people around the world.

To support this mission, we are looking for a customer-focused, data-centric, experienced product manager to help define and drive the Coinme roadmap with compelling, innovative fintech solutions to solve customer pain points.  This role requires not only excellent overall product management experience, but also direct experience with products and services that have large customer reach via mobile and web applications.  A key aspect of this role is to drive high customer conversion and retention.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive product strategy, design, development and growth, balancing company vision with customer needs for Coinme’s international expansion outside of the U.S.
  • Serve as a product owner for mobile fintech application
  • Understand user needs, behavior and expectations through customer engagement, research, testing and quantitative data
  • Be an expert on the market, domain, and industry trends
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, business development and other company functions to design, build and scale a successful product
  • Leverage Design Thinking and Lean Product Management Methodologies 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERTISE 

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a mass-market consumer fintech company within a growth-focused team
  • Experience leading go-to-market for a consumer application into a South American country
  • Experience closely collaborating with Marketing teams to compile successful Go-To-Market strategies
  • Track record of quickly delivering high-quality user experiences,  with  exposure to a large consumer app or platform
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Participate in all aspects of the product development process from idea identification, experimentation to go-to-market and retention
  • Deeply curious and motivated to push the boundaries to create delightful solutions and experiences
  • Fluent in English, Spanish and/or Brazilian Portuguese 
  • A passion for crypto and blockchain technologies 


PREFERRED

  • Experience with consumer fintech applications 
  • Successful product launch within South and/or Central America
  • SaaS background, technical development expertise and experience working at a startup 


EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Certification in Product Management is a plus

LOCATION

This opportunity is for a full-time remote position

This position will require some travel domestically and internationally.
