Product Manager, Operations and Business Scalability

Who we’re looking for:
As a Product Manager, Operations and Business Scalability, you are Rover’s product
owner as we grow and scale the business. You will be responsible for both identifying
and executing on product opportunities to enhance the efficiency of our business. You’ll
be partnering with both our operations team and our finance team to understand relative
cost impacts of our business, then prioritizing those ready for optimization or
automation. In the execution phase, you’ll work with product design to understand user
impacts and design solutions that occur without sacrificing their needs, and engineering
to define key requirements and specifications, scope, and success metrics.
This role will focus on three things:
- Defining a strategic framework for prioritizing opportunities
- Succeeding as a cross-functional PM with Operations, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, and Product Design
- Effectively setting and achieving targets with product and finance
Your Qualifications:
- 5+ years driving cross functional product initiatives at an online marketplace, social network, or other relevant product
- Comfort with strategic framing, process mapping and prioritization on complex business problems
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong technical abilities.
- Very comfortable with SQL, Google Analytics, Tableau or other data visualization tools
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
