About Trust Tools

Trust Tools is responsible for the creation of an end-to-end experience for risk review tools, and establishing an ecosystem for operations and developers to thrive. We create shared tooling infrastructure that enables operations to take actions quickly, accurately, and consistently to enable the safety of our community. Our users are both operations teams that use the tools directly, and developers who use our infrastructure to build new tooling for specific use cases. We are focused on building reusable components and shared patterns with an emphasis on production environments with high levels of monitoring, observability, and performance.

About the Role

As the Product Manager for Trust Tools you will partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Operations to drive excellence in our review, investigation, remediation and labeling capabilities. You will set the vision and roadmap for a best in class tooling experience that will scale with our growing customer base, business needs, and evolving risk vectors.

Responsibilities

  • Establish vision for a product team. Challenge the status quo and inspire people toward a unified outcome.
  • Create clear goals for the team. Efficiently execute to ship product and deliver impact for our business and users.
  • Lead large, cross-functional groups of people to deliver on the team’s mission. Communicate concisely and influence outcomes.
  • Develop the product roadmap and build consensus on prioritization which drives product execution
  • Bridge the gap between operations and engineering, functioning with deep expertise in both worlds
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform product success & health

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in product management
  • Creative problem solver. Able to identify real obstacles and viable solutions
  • Outcome-oriented. Not reactionary, articulates the desired outcome and works collaboratively to create a path to achieve it
  • Exceptional decision making skills: given limited resources, how do you prioritize across needs?
  • Radical thinking paired with strong execution. Can envision a world different than the status quo with the ability to articulate a clear path to get there
  • Strong cross functional partner - worked successfully with partners including Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Operations in setting product strategy and delivering it

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with building developer ecosystems, platforms and enterprise tools
  • Experience in Trust and Safety, payments, compliance or other risk related domains
  • Demonstrated track record of leadership in building products for developers
