Product Manager

Over the next three years, our goal is to transform the 268 billion analogue phone calls between a brand and it's consumers to digital on the LiveEngage platform. By doing this, we enable consumers to get back time and experience a more connected relationship with the brand in which sales, service, marketing, branches, and contact centre's became a unified experience.
LivePerson is currently seeking an experienced professional to join our Conversational AI team as a Product Manager. You will team up with a group of experienced Software Development experts, and together you will build the strategic solution for driving artificial intelligence and automation into our product offerings. In this role you will:
- Define the product strategy and roadmap, and breakdown to epics and user stories, which is executable by the team.
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure quality delivery that meets the requirements.
- Build go-to-market strategy including core positioning and messaging, pricing, sales tools and collateral.
- Run beta and pilot programs with our top customers, using early-stage products.
- Perform product demos to customers.
- Act as a leader within the company to push the adoption of the product.
Your qualifications are:
- 5+ years professional experience in Product Management roles.
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
- Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment and using collaboration tools e.g. Jira, Confluence
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Experience presenting to and influencing senior management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong team player
