As a Product Manager at TINYpulse, you will own the delivery and execution of innovative products and features and their success in market post launch. You will act as a strong customer advocate in everything you do and help TINYpulse products deliver the best possible customer value available.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the ideation,development, and launch of innovative products
- Build requirements, user stories and goals around product features that drive customer impact, working closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and most importantly our CUSTOMERS.
- Work with our world-class engineers, data analysts, designers and markets to bring meaningful product improvements to market
- Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
- Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of product
- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Great track record of working with engineering and design teams: people want to work with you again.
- Excellent communication, presentation and persuasion skills; demonstrated success in building buy-in for an innovative, bold, strategic vision
- Strong bias for action; ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Have strong analytical skills and are able to glean what they need from both qualitative and quantitative data to drive appropriate product decisions
- Working knowledge of technologies like, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java and SQL are a plus but not requires
Required Experience:
- BS degree, in technical discipline or equivalent is a plus
- 3+ years of overall experience (at least 1+ as a product manager).
- Experience partnering with engineering and design teams to define, build, and maintain products (in the HR or SaaS space is a plus)
