Skilljar is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our fast-growing team. This person will be helping define our overall product roadmap and vision, listening to customer feedback, monitoring market and competitive trends, prioritizing initiatives, developing requirements, and working iteratively with the development team to rapidly implement new features.

We’re looking for someone with a successful track record building enterprise software products in an agile development environment. You'll be balancing strategic vision with data-driven experiments, customer obsession, and detailed tactical execution. In addition, you will be joining a small and rapidly growing team, where you will have direct input into all areas of company operations.

You must be very comfortable wearing multiple hats in a highly ambiguous environment, managing complex customer requirements, and working closely with customer success and engineering teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, strategic, and high-judgment product manager to get in at the ground floor of a rapidly accelerating startup that has already delighted dozens of Fortune 1000 and mid-market clients.

Requirements

  • 5+ years product management experience, preferably with a B2B SaaS product in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to successfully drive product features from concept through launch, owning all aspects of the business case, technical stories, and other requirements.
  • Highly customer-focused with the ability to synthesize both quantitative data (web analytics, survey analysis) and qualitative input (interviews, focus groups).
  • Demonstrated experience with developing a strategic product roadmap.
  • Some wire-framing, design, and UI/UX skills. Experience with tools like Photoshop, Balsamiq, and UserTesting a plus.
  • Highly self-directed and comfortable in a small, unstructured environment with ambiguous and rapidly changing market feedback.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Startup experience is a major plus.
  • US work authorization and criminal background check are required.
