Donuts is seeking a dynamic and engaged Product Marketing Manager to own marketing of its corporate products and services. You will have a passion for learning about our dynamic global partner base and understanding their unique needs. Skilled in crafting GTM strategies with no-fluff marketing narratives, you’re comfortable working with cross-functional teams to create and manage every aspect of campaign and product launches. You’re fluent in data-driven storytelling, marketing automation techniques and exceptional at leading creative development with internal and external teams. Your organizational skills make managing multiple projects a breeze, and you’re not afraid to advocate for project needs with colleagues and stakeholders. As a partner to the channel management team, you will be focused on creating measurable and meaningful campaigns that help drive the business and registrar partnerships forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Marketing, Product, Sales and Business Insights team to plan, execute and measure the following:
Customer-centric marketing program development: you work to understand how and why products and services deliver value and share these narratives with corporate partners via marketing campaigns.
Strategic planning and content development with a focus on driving measurable partner value with all communications
Cross-functional collaboration with product and business operations to plan and execute marketing launches for new Donuts TLDs, products and services
Lead marketing program adoption, deployment and collaborative tests with key partners
Produce and analyze performance reports to highlight program value and drive adoption
Manage end-to-end production of channel marketing collateral for partnerships and sales-enablement
Required Experience
3+ years experience coordinating marketing campaigns and programs, preferably in domestic (North America) and international markets
Highly organized with the ability to develop project plans, delegate tasks to contributors, and produce high quality marketing deliverables on strategy and on deadline
Ability to source and use data for storytelling, decision making and experimentation
Experience working with marketing analytics tools including Tableau, HubSpot, Google Analytics, among others
Experience managing contractors and creative development, clearly defining deliverable requirements and working with teams to produce compelling marketing materials
Proactive, team-player and positive approach to taking on new projects and opportunities
Ability to work independently with excellent time management, verbal and written skills
High attention to detail, ability to balance multiple priorities with excellent follow-through
Education
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Marketing, Advertising or equivalent work experience
