This role allows you to work from anywhere you choose across the U.S. (excluding U.S. territories), with the flexibility to work from the Seattle HQ office as often as you’d like. Please note that no matter where you are located, all employees should be available during our core working hours from 10 am to 4 pm PT Monday through Friday.

 

Your role and impact

 

We are looking for a Product Medicine Coordinator to support the growth and development of our Practice Standards program. You will be responsible for working with our physicians to design innovative  Practice Standards, managing auditing activities related to these standard practices and analyzing data to help drive compliance and continuous improvement. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to broaden their understanding of the healthcare standard of care and develop specific technology skill sets to support and validate our program.

 

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with Product Medicine and Core Physicians to design Practice Standards for 98point6
  • Collaborate closely with the Product, Engineering and UX teams to support the development of practice standards
  • Author algorithms that balance patient experience and complex clinical logic
  • Assist with the preparation, scheduling and documentation of audits aimed at identifying improvements for existing Practice Standards
  • Own change-management documentation related to the creation and revision of Practice Standards

 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in healthcare or technology 
  • Excellent organization and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same without sacrificing the details
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and functions
  • Love working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel and ability to manage large datasets
  • Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization software (preferred)
