As TUNE’s Product Onboarding Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining an incredible client onboarding experience. As an expert on TUNE’s platform and as an internal advocate for our clients, you will develop cross-department processes and client facing resources to support product implementation and client education. As the initial post-sale point of contact, you will strategically establish our client’s relationship with TUNE’s service teams in support of a lasting and successful partnership.

Responsibilities:

• Designs and develops the TUNE implementation/onboarding program
• Leads new clients through the technical onboarding process in partnership with Sales and Customer Success Managers
• Drives improvements to the client onboarding experience with sales, customer success, product and engineering teams
• Develops productive and trusted relationships with clients 
• Defines key onboarding tasks, milestones, and deadlines
• Proactively shepherds all project contributors through completion of tasks and milestones, to ensure progress is on schedule.
• Works closely with technical/data resources both at TUNE and with clients to ensure CSM programs are appropriately supported and measured
• Responsible for TUNE Pay onboarding program
• Trains new Customer Success Managers on how to onboard new clients
• Potential for managing a remote client onboarding specialist 
• Occasional travel to client meetings for additional onboarding support

Who are we looking for:

• 5+ years (mid-senior) experience in onboarding program development and implementation for mid to large clients
• Proven ability to manage multiple/simultaneous projects that require coordination across departments or multi-disciplinary teams, and ongoing communication with stakeholders
• Advertisement operations and SaaS experience
• Experience with building reporting dashboards
• Comfort/experience with communicating at the executive level 
• Strong attention to detail while being able to simplify processes for client success
• Expertise in resource and documentation development for client experience
• Adept in technical product management and engineering 
• Strong post-back implementation experience
• An outgoing and engaging personality
