Product Operations Manager III at Expedia Group
We are looking for a process and tools maven to propel our product operations team into hyperdrive.
As a member of the Product team, you will drive strategic planning by driving business process automation and implementing/developing tools that drive scale and low-touch operations. You have experience working both at the strategic level and diving deep into operations systems & workflows to drive process improvements across our product, tech, marketing and partner enablement teams. You are both a great teammate as well as business innovation driver that enjoys driving clarity from ambiguity.Who You Are:
- You possess 5-7 years of experience as a Product Operations or Program Manager, preferably in a Product organization
- Portfolio of tools / solutions launched in previous roles for business process automation (JIRA, Smartsheet, ProductPlan, Aha!, Trello)
- Demonstrated success in a large global organization
- Excellent communication skills
- Design, build and launch automated business process solutions for product operations
- Develop processes to accelerate product development, improve user experience, and streamline internal operations
- Identify operational activities that benefit from automation and automate them
- Serve as a consulting and subject matter expert on business process automation
