About the Role

We are looking for experience in Product Readiness to support and manage Go-To-Market (GTM) activities for our newest product: Indigo. It's a SaaS-based suite of services that lets businesses communicate with their customers over multiple mobile channels like SMS, MMS, RCS, and more. In this role, you'll be responsible for working cross-functionally to deliver a holistic and effective GTM. This is not a marketing or demand generation role. This is a key role that requires the right balance of strategic and detail thinking with a strong roll-up your sleeves and 'get it done' mentality. This is a high visibility role focused on a central part of our growth strategy.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinate the GTM activities and readiness for our products and services.
  • Support product positioning and messaging.
  • Partner with stakeholders in Product Management, Marketing, Operations, & Sales to ensure alignment and successful product launch.
  • Be a strong voice representing the Indigo value proposition and positioning across all conversations and projects.
  • As a subject matter expert on product positioning, present to audiences at meetings & webinars.
  • Be an expert in all things competitive and be the go-to source for competitive positioning & battlecards.
  • Support the OpenMarket Sales team with demos, presentations and product knowledge.
  • Help to build/develop customer and sales-oriented content for go-to-market activities, e.g. customer decks, playbooks, positioning frameworks, FAQs, etc.

What to Bring

  • 3+ years of experience working in product marketing, product management or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, enterprise software and services trends, pricing and buying patterns.
  • Experience partnering across functional teams.
  • Experience creating go-to-market strategies and driving understanding of key benefits, target customers, and product positioning.
  • Ability to create a bill of materials and organize stakeholders around delivery.
  • Experience with competitive analysis and positioning.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain solutions, provide alternatives, collaborate with others, escalate as needed, and have difficult conversations.

Nice to Have

  • You’ve worked in Mobile Messaging, CPaaS, Digital Customer Service, or Digital Marketing.
  • You’ve worked on enterprise software pricing strategies.
  • You’ve launched a subscription-based SaaS product.

Education/Training

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

You'll Be a Great Fit If

  • You love being a part of a small, dynamic, and agile team that encourages you to learn and grow.
  • You desire to work with some of the world’s top brands.
  • You love finding solutions to interesting problems and figuring out how things work.
  • You welcome having autonomy with complex tasks.
  • You are passionate about using your experience and expertise to inspire the team.
