System1 is seeking a product leader to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the Responsive Acquisition Marketing Platform (RAMP) systems. You will lead and grow a team of high-performing product managers to build reusable, extensible, and cohesively designed services and interfaces that power System1’s sites and applications. Ideal candidates are accustomed to a fast-paced environment, and have a strong understanding of evolving business needs.

The Role You Will Have

  • Drive the overall product strategy, roadmap, and execution of RAMP systems that contribute to impactful growth across System1
  • Work closely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to refine product strategy and define a roadmap prioritizing and weighing trade-offs across multiple business units that share the platform
  • Create organizational alignment, track progress and dependencies, and clearly and accurately communicate updates on a regular basis
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with all engineering teams from ideation to implementation, ensuring timely and quality execution of products to meet business goals and leverage company’s strengths
  • Lead, grow, and nurture the career development of an amazing team of Product Managers including: providing goals, structure, mentoring, and inspiration
  • Help lead the Product Management practice and culture, both in how we work and the design of the organization
  • Develop processes for collecting and analyzing feedback, requests, and metrics to shape requirements, features, and broader product strategy

What You Will Bring

  • Strong technical background, particularly in platform infrastructure, SaaS technology and concepts
  • Proven experience building platforms that have increased automation, use of data science, machine learning, and business scale
  • Experience hiring, mentoring, and leading a team of Product Managers at various levels
  • Action-oriented mindset with a proven track record of balancing the delivery of long term goals and short term objectives
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to properly translate and articulate positioning and technology
  • Demonstrate curiosity and drive, a lifelong learner who keeps current on developments in product management and new technology
  • Strong quantitative and business analysis skills to measure key performance indicators of the organization
  • Ability to prioritize numerous simultaneous deliverables to meet business objectives
