Senior Partner Product Strategist
Role Description
As a Senior Product Strategist on the Business Development team, you will be responsible for defining the end-to-end customer journey for our Business Development partnerships, aligning with Dropbox and partner teams on solutions that resonate with both our customer needs and business goals, and driving execution on these plans across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams. You will also represent the Dropbox product organization at partner facing events such as workshops and business reviews.
This is a $100M business with rapid growth, and your role will be to optimize user journeys and experiences to maximize revenue. To do so, you will partner with a world class team of Product Managers, Product Designers, Engineers, Business Development experts, and Marketers to understand users’ needs and build experiences with measurable impact.
Responsibilities
- Define a compelling customer journey for our partnerships, and continue to iterate and optimize the experience with user-centric and data-informed product decisions
- Collaborate with Dropbox’s partners to understand their customer and business needs, and align with them on outcomes that support Dropbox’s goals
- Drive execution across Dropbox product and cross-functional teams to deliver the requirements and roadmap needed to make our partnerships most effective
- Represent the Dropbox product team by delivering strategy and roadmap presentations at partner facing events such as workshops and business reviews
- Focus on strategic outcomes and prioritize how best to invest the team’s valuable time
Requirements
- Proven track record of driving large cross-functional initiatives using data, research, experimentation to drive outcomes, exhibiting a deep understanding of the different options and trade-offs needed
- Exceptional cross-functional influence and collaboration, with a demonstrated ability to create clarity, drive focus and execution in complex and dynamic contexts
- Deep curiosity and empathy for end-users — you love creating experiences that make our customers feel joy, delight and trust
- Executive presence including strong presentation and communication skills, distilling complex issues into structured frameworks and clear outcomes
- Ability to grasp complex technical concepts, with comfort participating in technical discussions and helping to make technical trade-offs
