OfferUp is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead our marketplace innovation initiatives. Your work building and improving our product experiences at OfferUp will directly impact millions of users. In this role you will drive product vision, strategy, development and execution across a number of products and teams.

To be successful, you’ll be an entrepreneur, who can lead a scrappy, cross-functional teams to iterate and learn quickly to find product-market-fit in an fast-paced, data-driven environment. What you’ll do

• Own the customer experience and key features to help create and drive the strategy, roadmap, go-to-market, and execution for future products.
• Work closely with user research teams to develop a deep understanding of our users
• Use qualitative research, and data analysis to evaluate options and communicate product vision to management and stakeholders
• Work closely with design teams to develop creative solutions that balance user and business needs
• Educate the team on the breadth of existing or emerging technologies, third-party solutions, competing or adjacent products, and seemingly unrelated but relevant consumer and business trends
• Partner with engineering marketing, biz ops and other groups to plan, execute, and release rapid iterations of MVP Tests in market
• Track and analyze key data to evaluate what’s working, form new hypotheses and adjust plans
• Make informed tradeoffs on hacking, refining, and scaling the end-to-end solution to deliver quickly yet chart a course for long-term sustainability

What you’ll have

• 5+ years of product management or related experience
• Experience with multiple cycles of new product innovation
• Extensive experience with complex in-market a/b testing
• Excellent analytic skills and data-informed approach
• Strong teamwork skills and proven ability to partner across an organization to get stuff done
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills
• Track record of customer obsession, deep diving and delivering results
• Technical education (CS, EE, etc.) or equivalent experience
• Experience building consumer products is required
• Strong architectural understanding of mobile and web products
