Possible Finance radically reinvented small-dollar loans to make them more affordable and sustainable with the goal of helping everyone improve their credit health. Building on that success, Possible is adding two additional product categories in our pursuit of making financial services more fair and affordable. As the Senior Product Manager for Growth, you will take ownership of driving adoption and repeat use of the Possible's products working with our Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams.


You will own our website and the initial experience within our mobile apps, and work to identify new opportunities, programs, and services to expand our reach into the market in order to deliver on our mission. You will work with cross-functional teams to find opportunities, define and prioritize the roadmap, including clear performance metrics, as well as lead development teams to drive the growth and adoption of our core products. As the primary Product Manager partnered with Marketing, you'll be responsible for the marketing stack and drive marketing-related initiatives to the finish line. You will lead dedicated squads of senior engineers and be expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy.

Requirements

  • Passion for the customer and making a positive societal change / mission-driven and passionate about building socially impactful products
  • Work well in a fast-paced environment with high ownership and a focus on execution
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience with B2C software products, including 3+ years as a Lead Product Manager
  • 3+ years of Product Management experience supporting marketing and growth initiatives
  • 2+ years of mobile app experience
  • Experience building great customer experiences
  • A reputation for successfully translating customer insights into product features and coherently communicating detailed requirements to designers and engineers
  • Strong analytical abilities and experience with data analytics tools, Mobile marketing tech stack, SQL, Tableau, etc.
  • Can switch between deep diving into technical details and driving cross-functional communication
  • Ability to project manage across functions, spot and remove dependencies, and help the team to execute with speed and efficiency.

Work hours:

Possible is fully distributed and has team members across the US and in Asia and Latin America. Our primary coordination hours are 9a to 3p Pacific Time.
