Senior Product Manager, Medical Records Integration

This role allows you to work from anywhere you choose across the U.S. (excluding U.S. territories), with the flexibility to work from the Seattle HQ office as often as you’d like. Please note that no matter where you are located, all employees should be available during our core working hours from 10 am to 4 pm PT Monday through Friday.
Your role and impact
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive our investments in medical records. 98point6 has been rapidly growing and now delivers primary care for a large variety of customers, including employers, health plans and health systems. As the Product Manager for Medical Records Integrations, you will ensure that we have a scalable, effective and secure system for sharing patient medical records in both directions—sharing and receiving appropriate records with other providers, labs, device manufacturers and payers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve our roadmap and strategy for medical records sharing in close coordination with Engineering, Clinical and Commercial team members
- Ensure that both 98point6 and our partners are able to effectively make use of shared data
- Partner with our Clinical team to ensure that medical record sharing results in improved quality of care
- Effectively leverage and integrate third-party vendors that can help us achieve our goals, as necessary
- Collaborate with the Engineering and Data Science teams to ensure scalability, extensibility and effective long-term planning of medical records data
- Update Commercial team members about our medical record sharing capabilities; develop standard responses to commercial requests and represent 98point6 capabilities in relevant discussions with partners
- Scope, design and drive the technical execution of the roadmap with our Engineering team
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams and external partners and establish consistent communication rhythms to keep everyone coordinated
Qualifications
- 3–7 years product management experience at a technology company, ideally in a data integrations-related role
- A track record of successful product work and cross-team collaboration
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including clear communication of technical terms and tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to effectively interface with customers and partners
- Ability to bring simplicity and measurable results to complex, ambiguous situations in fast-moving environments
- Proficient in self-serve data analysis; knowledge of SQL and familiarity with Tableau is preferred

- Comfortable taking initiative: a bias for action, ability to drive consensus amongst broad stakeholders, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get to work
- Preference for previous healthcare industry experience, especially experience working with EMRs, HIEs, and industry standard data formats (e.g., FHIR, HL-7)
