We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager to be a core member of the Network Platform team. In this role, you will own the tools that would drive user engagement and adoption. The ideal candidate for this role is entrepreneurial, agile, and experienced at building products from concept to launch in a startup environment. You are comfortable when presented with highly ambiguous problems, and thrive in a role where you own impact-driving solutions based on the issues identified-- You can effectively advocate for new features beyond "Wouldn't it be cool if…". You can turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans. Beyond launching new changes, you obsess about continuous product improvement. You will instill processes that scale and champion new ideas that would improve our technology. You need to be the first one to advocate for an MVP approach. You are a cross-functional powerhouse: you collaborate as well with marketers and designers as you do with data scientists and engineers—all this will lead to the creation of a roadmap which will help lead Xinova into the future.

As Sr. Product Manager you are: 

Tenacious. You have a very strong bias toward action: although you possess the analytical capabilities to dive deep, you know when the data is good enough to inform next steps, then you go execute. You have a personal view on what needs to happen for your product to improve and why. You prioritize the product and your team’s success; from testing out features, to hunting down the root cause of a problem. You are scary-good at articulating the essence of products and the value they create. You can develop clear messaging and an effective content strategy plan.

Adaptable. You need to be comfortable with both being the product and project manager of the team. You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on, you stay positive under pressure and you encourage your team to have the same attitude.

Thoughtful. You can balance big picture ideas against small detail so that the team can deliver quick iterations that will address the user frustrations. You raise the bar on communication: from product requirements documents to cross-functional project plans, your stakeholders are crystal clear about context, deliverables, and timelines. You act with empathy and integrity while being tough at the same time.

Inquisitive. You're curious and feel comfortable asking engineers technical questions about architecture and implementation. You ask the 5 whys and get to the bottom of every decision. You need to understand the beginning to understand the end.

QUALIFICATIONS

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in technical program/product management
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong technical abilities
• Adept at facilitating collaborative problem solving and leading decision making with cross-organizational teams
• Excellent problem solving, consultation, organizational and project management skills, with the ability to deliver software product features
• Ability to conceive of and accept responsibility for projects and complete full life cycle, and capability to work as an individual contributor as part of a larger team
• Ability to lead through influence
