Role Description 

Organized Teams is a critical investment area for Dropbox’s long-term growth, focused on driving the expansion and conversion-retention of self-serve teams, in order to incrementally grow revenue for the next several years. The area is centered in Dropbox Core, with multiple sub-teams contributing to aspects of team organization and long-term success.

The opportunity is to inflect Dropbox’s business outcomes in our largest Business segment, self-serve teamssuccess in this role will both create business outcomes and better customer outcomes. This work will be extremely results- and metrics-oriented, and will have executive and Staff visibility.

Responsibilities

  • As Senior PM, you will define the product strategy and roadmap for the “Team Space” team.
  • This team aims to help Dropbox Business teams discover and adopt the team space, which is the crucial differentiating feature of Dropbox Business. Usage of the team space is strongly correlated to experiencing the value of Dropbox Business with others, which translates to trial activation, conversion, and retention.
  • We need to drive higher adoption of the team space as it exists today and continually seek to improve it – Dropbox Business should look and feel meaningfully different by the end of 2021. You will consistently seek to identify the highest-impact opportunities to empower teams to structure their shared space and content.

Requirements 

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Interest in and exposure to Dropbox Business team users
  • Experience defining product strategy in ambiguous area, including scoping enough work for multiple PMs (e.g. leading as senior PM)
  • Strong ability to understand data and connect it to business outcomes
