Your role and impact

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team and drive our investments in payments and pricing. 98point6 has been rapidly growing and now delivers primary care for a large variety of customers, including employers, health plans and health systems. As the owner of pricing and claims, you will ensure that member pricing is transparent and clear, while meeting the needs of our different customers, including health insurance plans. You will also own the end-to-end member payments flow, from the user experience to the payments processing backend. You will be responsible for creating the vision and driving the execution in your areas, in partnership with our Design, Engineering, Marketing and Sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strategy for our payments system to support a variety of needs, including direct-to-consumer subscriptions and per-visit cost sharing for sponsored subscriptions
  • Establish a pricing and claims strategy to ensure accurate price sharing with members and claims submissions to health plans
  • Create prioritized product roadmaps for payments and pricing, aligned with goals and strategies that are informed by both quantitative analysis and qualitative research
  • Scope, design and drive the execution of the roadmap with our Engineering team
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams and establish consistent communication rhythms to keep everyone on the same page
  • Analyze team results both quantitatively and qualitatively, reporting out on successes and failures
  • Lead strategic decisions and navigate trade-offs that enable the team to stay on schedule in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of product management experience at a technology company, ideally in a payments-related role
  • A track record of successful product work
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, as this is a highly cross-functional position
  • Ability to self-serve in data analysis, specifically with tools SQL and Tableau
  • A desire to join a mission-driven company and a readiness to approach work according to our core values
  • Preference for previous healthcare industry experience
