This role will initially focus on providing the best loan and payments experience possible to our customers while driving decisions through customer insights, quantitative analysis, and AB testing. You can expect to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of your initiatives. To accomplish this, you will be working across the org with design, engineering, data science, finance, and operations to build the best experience for our customers.

We strongly prefer that you have mobile, B2C, and Fintech experience. You should be a T-shaped individual with a strong core competency and a wide breadth of knowledge. You should also be someone who is willing to go above and beyond for our customers, and no task is “below your pay grade.”

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience in B2C
• 2+ years of mobile Product experience
• Consumer Payments experiences
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analytics tools
• Ability to deeply understand needs and behaviors of customers through qualitative research
• Works well in fast paced environment with a ‘Roll-up your sleeves’ attitude
• Experience building great customer experiences with deep technical knowledge
