Senior Product Manager (Sales and Clinic Success)

As part of this mission, Chewy Health is currently seeking an experienced individual to fill our Senior Product Manager role within our Healthcare Services team, located in our to sit in either our Bellevue, WA location. This individual will be focused on building innovative tools and technology to help our upstart B2B Sales and Clinic Success team scale via automation, AI and optimizing experiences across in-clinic digital and agent-facing channels and touchpoints (phone, app, etc.). The concept of customer success is new to Chewy, and as such, this individual will play a key role in defining and building the core capabilities needed to enable enrollment, adoption & engagement across the customer lifecycle in a multi-channel, multi-touchpoint environment, and working closely with technology and operations partners to continuously drive innovation for the organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Owning development and communicating the long-term vision and goals for the tools and technologies that support our our Services Sales and Clinic Success teams to enroll clinics in our Practice Hub service and drive engagement with those clinics across the customer lifecycle to grow their business with Chewy
- Setting product strategy, defining user experiences, prioritizing features, building consensus, and coordinating feature releases and internal/external communications
- Guiding cross-functional teams of product managers, engineers, designers, and analysts while playing a key role in organizing and communicating their work across the organization
- Communicating product strategy and status to key stakeholders across Chewy; developing intake processes for feature enhancement suggestions
What You'll Need:
- BA/BS degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business, Engineering or similar discipline
- 5+ years of product management experience in an engineering or business capacity, ideally in a B2B/SaaS or eCommerce marketplace business
- A history of owning, developing, and communicating long-term vision and goals that drive strategies for a portfolio of products
- Demonstrated knowledge of best practices in sales automation and customer success; experience working with leading CRM/Customer Success technologies
- Comfort working in a culture of experimentation, learning, and innovation in order to solve user needs within the domain
- Experience owning the strategy, solution approach, roadmap, operational processes & the process improvements within product
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong sense of ownership, urgency and drive
- Position may require travel
Bonus:
- Experience with launching new technology products/services to veterinary clinics OR medical practices
- Strong understanding of the overall pet care industry and recent trends
- In depth experience and understanding of the veterinary profession in the US; DVM degree is a strong plus
