What you will be doing at UiPath

• Responsible for driving the launch of new integrations or products by working with sales, marking and legal as well as other cross functional teams to achieve success
• Responsible for content and communication strategy for technology partner portfolio and program
• Responsible for licensing and pricing strategy of new partner integrated products or co-sell opportunities
• Responsible for overall analysis of the end to end partner program (from contract to consumption) to identify key gaps and recommend improvements
• Act as liaison between sales, marketing and legal to drive what is needed for product launch
• Responsible for creation of commercial & GTM related release materials for internal launch readiness
• Assist in creation, management and distribution of technical assets to the field such as demos, partner & UiPath marketing materials, partner engagement models, etc
• Assist in measuring and monitoring partner program success by reporting across identified metrics

what we expect from you

• 5+ years of Program/Project Management experience
• Demonstrated strong collaborative problem-solving skills evidenced by results in past positions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Results-orientated and can-do attitude with a strong sense of conviction
• A successful team member will be skilled at anticipating bottlenecks, proactive engagement, ownership of solution, providing escalation management, balancing business needs with technical constraints, and taking calculated risks to maximize business benefit
• The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for working on behalf of teams and customers, have a track record of on-time delivery of large scale projects, and have the ability to operate independently and autonomously
• Maturity, judgment, negotiation skills, influence and leadership skills are all essential
• Knowledgeable of new Project Management innovations/technology/SW and integrating them to existing processes and organization
• Help to drive Project Management compliance, including metrics, Lessons Learned, project reviews, adherence to processes and methodologies
