Expedia’s Travel Partners Group is redefining partner experience for the travel industry.

We are looking for a rockstar Senior Product Manager to help define the next generation of partner experiences that will revolutionize travel by focusing on automation and intelligence!

In this role you will drive end-to-end experiences for Expedia’s partners, focused primarily on our lodging business. The lodging business is key to our company. It impacts almost every brand and partner in Expedia Group’s B2C and B2B portfolio. You will envision and build partner experiences based on Data Science and Machine Learning. You will create strategy and roadmaps, evangelize them across the organization, and build a portfolio of products to help propel us to the next level of experiences!

What you’ll do

  • Use data, customer insights, and market research to build a compelling vision and strategy for improving partner experience through automation
  • Define an iterative roadmap and backlog for reaching your vision while driving maximum business value. Establish metrics for measuring product success
  • Clearly articulate plans with impactful user stories, problem statements, and process/system diagrams
  • Partner closely with UX, engineering, operations, and business teams to craft solutions that satisfy customer experience, business, and technology goals

Who you are

  • You bring an entrepreneurial spirit to your work, with a strong bias for action and the skill to seamlessly navigate through ambiguity and change
  • You are a skilled communicator with a knack for listening and the prowess to present complex information clearly and concisely to varying audiences
  • You enjoy digging into data to uncover new customer and business insights and use data to drive your roadmap
  • You excel in working with multi-functional teams and people and have an ability to build strong working relationships across different areas of the business
  • 7+ years of experience crafting software-based customer solutions in product management or program management at software companies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent required. MBA is a plus
