Senior Product Manager

Your Role and Impact
You will be responsible for delivering solutions that enable clinicians to care for more patients than ever before while maintaining the highest quality of care and a delightful patient experience. You will have ownership over critical areas of our product line for both clinicians and patients. With a deep understanding of user needs, you will frame what to explore, build a long-term roadmap, prioritize the backlog, craft new experiences and partner with UX, data science and engineering to deliver measurable and impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
- Work to scope, design and drive the execution of both web and mobile based applications, with both patients and doctors as users
- Establish and maintain a product backlog informed by user and market research, direct patient feedback, physician feedback and our compliance team
- Prioritize the backlog based on critical thinking, data and judgment
- Work with our design, data science and engineering teams to define and understand problems and requirements, then determine approach, timelines and deliverables
- Communicate priorities to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with physicians and engineers to consistently deliver an experience that exceeds users’ expectations
- Lead strategic decisions and trade-offs that enable the team to stay on schedule in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in a professional setting
- Demonstrated success in the ownership of development lifecycle research and review of requirements, design, prototype, documentation and production
- Experience with taking new products to market highly preferred
- Experience collaborating with UX Designers and researchers
- Experience working in an agile development environment
- Experience or interest in data science and machine learning
- Experience or interest in healthcare
