We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with a passion for building extraordinary user and developer experiences to lead the strategy for our flagship Conversational Experience plug-in. You will be at the forefront of technology, helping to define Expedia’s next moonshot while we pioneer a new interaction model.
You are a creative leader who will define and drive the product strategy while balancing competing priorities inherent in building scalable architecture. You have years of experience delivering solutions in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to build and manage relationships with partners is celebrated, and you communicate effectively with everyone. You bridge the technical and the commercial worlds as you design experiences that our customers love. You have a bias toward action and can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development at high speed. You are passionate about working with different businesses as we solve their specific challenges while putting customers first.
- Create product vision and guide execution for the Virtual Agent Platform's flagship Conversational Experience Control/Widget through every stage of the software development lifecycle. Build business cases using competitive analysis, market and customer research
- Partner closely with engineering, UX, and business teams to deliver solutions that satisfy customer experience, business, and technology goals
- Build scalable architecture allowing other teams to enable conversation features, deliver partner value, and solve valuable problems for end users while maintaining overall conversation quality
- Understand and evaluate internal and external partner needs, and develop a clear framework to determine prioritization
- Define a set of success metrics to measure customer satisfaction and business impact and be able to utilize them in decision-making
- Use excellent judgment in prioritizing between focusing on existing versus new customers and between features, architectural improvements and operational excellence
- Lead the organization through change, evolution, and growth. The right leader will evolve and scale the organization along with the business
Who you are
- 7+ years as a product manager in software companies
- Show a technical curiosity and eagerness to dive deep into complex problems with a talented engineering team
- Self-starter with a bias for action and solving problems
- Strong customer focus with experience crafting visions and solutions with a team
- Substantial experience working with UX on Content
- Inspiring leader, influencing strategy and design decisions
