You'll be responsible for:

Developing the product roadmap of Textio’s flagship product. This includes close partnership with product marketing and customer success, and with our customers themselves. It requires anticipating future customer needs, and developing a strategy that takes a bet on them. It includes deeply understanding our business and usage metrics and optimizing our roadmap to improve them.

Implementing features on the roadmap. In partnership with design and engineering, you will spec and deliver features that delight our customers. This includes the feedback loop so that we know how our customers are using our features after they launch, and improving them over time.

The business performance of your product. You will work closely with our product marketing, sales, and customer success teams to bring new features to market. For every feature you ship, you are clear on how it will drive the business, including its monetization structure.

We need product leaders who develop and communicate a clear vision, act quickly and with determination, and are accountable to meeting growth goals.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• 5+ years of product management experience, some of that in early to mid stage startups.
• Experience creating something from nothing. Major bonus points if you've ever founded something, or have been among the first people at a startup.
• Experience working, and winning, in highly competitive spaces.
• Demonstrated ability to understand deep customers needs, and producing product plans that meet customers where they will be rather than where they are.
• A track record of developing and communicating clear feature roadmaps designed to drive core sales at retention metrics.
• A history of turning ambitious long term plans into prioritized features that deliver concrete value individually. Taken together, they build toward a coherent vision.
• (Nice to have) Driven product-led growth strategies with demonstrated success.
• (Nice to have) Turned natural language and machine learning capabilities into features that users value every day.
