System1 is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the team and focus on growing search products and brands. This role will be responsible for planning and executing a roadmap, day-to-day project management of an engineering team, and close collaboration with many teams (marketing, analytics, devops, data science, etc.). This role will also co-own the product vision and strategy with the General Manager.

What You Can Expect on the Team

• Work closely with engineering teams to design, build, launch, test, and optimize a search engine and product suite in order to maximize new user adoption and business KPIs
• Collaborate with tech leads to write technical specifications and design docs for all new features and improvements
• Manage the day-to-day technical and design direction, leading with a constant privacy-first and user-focused mindset
• Manage agile processes for multiple simultaneous initiatives, own project management through JIRA, lead standups and sprint plannings
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, customer support, and traffic quality teams
• Advocate for the product roadmap and strategic priorities to leadership and executives

What You Will Bring

• 5+ years of product management or equivalent technical experience
• Strong technical skills and ability to grasp new technical concepts (knowledge of web applications & technologies a plus)
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
• Experience in SQL, Tableau (or other data visualization tool), Excel, Google Analytics, etc.
• Strong organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced work environment
• Computer Science degree or Engineering background preferred
• Experience in consumer research and insights, both qualitative and quantitative preferred
• Experience building consumer software preferred
• Experience in a startup or entrepreneurial environment preferred
• Previous involvement in privacy and/or consumer brands a plus
