What You Will Be Doing:
Product managers at Leafly are responsible for driving our strategic product vision. They are highly collaborative, communicative, analytical, and above all else - leaders. You’ll be tasked with balancing, speed, learnings and delivering quality products to the market. As a Lead PM for the Learn and Shop user journeys, you’ll be responsible for products that help people on their “Find” journey. This includes products that help people find content to learn about cannabis (e.g. articles, tutorials, videos). This also includes products that help people find products to shop for cannabis (e.g. searching, browsing, price comparison).
Responsibilities:

  • Being a leader within the Product, Design and Engineering groups and the company at large, helping to evangelize product’s role at Leafly.
  • Creating and owning the vision and product roadmap for a specific user journey.
  • Working collaboratively with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Marketing, and Senior Leadership to scope projects, problem solve, and deliver quality products to market.
  • Prioritizing and sequencing feature work to deliver maximum business impact.
  • Writing user stories, product requirements, press releases, FAQ’s and other internal and external communications.
  • Analyzing quantitative and qualitative metrics as part of Discovery work and ensuing Learnings (post product release).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, liberal arts, communication, technology, or related field
  • 5-8 years of B2C product management experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Self-driven and entrepreneurial
  • Experience using SQL, GA and/or business intelligence tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau)
  • Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills
  • Proven track record of delivering projects within scope, time, and budget
