Skills we want to add to our team:

Pluto is looking for a Senior Product Manager who has experience converting a multitude of inputs into a product strategy and executing it. We'd like you to have 7+ years of product development experience with lean methodologies and be comfortable working with a cross-functional team to deliver value to customers.

What you’ll do

• Build a mass-market communication product for spatial computing (AR/VR/MR)
• Help develop and manage product roadmap, releases, and feature sets
• Work to ensure the product roadmap is aligned with company priorities
• Maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories for the development team
• Collaborate daily with designers and developers on development
• Underscore daily the importance of a team culture around shared priorities, measures, and purpose

What we’re looking for

• Intense passion for hearing what customers are saying and what they’re doing - using this insight daily in problem definition and driving solutions
• Highly collaborative person focused on results, measurement, and execution - always pushing for clarity and delivery
• Insatiable appetite for data - how to get it, use it to tell a story, and make better decisions
• Track record of delivering and iterating on valuable high-quality products to customers
• Experience as a product owner of Agile teams, ideally utilizing Lean product methodologies
• Background in consumer VR/AR and/or communication products
• Experience leading product teams including development, user research, data science, test and design disciplines.
