As a Senior Release Manager at Bungie you will be critical to releasing our games and updates on all current and future supported platforms. You'll work with teams across the studio to schedule and shepherd the product through certification passes and release in different environments. Additionally, you will act as the primary platform contact and communications conduit for platform-specific release issues, providing status to Bungie stakeholders and engaging dev team fire-fighters until all issues are resolved. As we learn from each release you'll also recommend and implement processes and automation to maintain or raise the high bar for launch smoothness.

As the Senior Release Manager Lead, you will hold the vision for Release Management at Bungie, aligned with the Studio's broader goals/timelines, and with a target of making the team more efficient, reliable, sustainable, and adaptable. You will drive engagement with internal teams and ensure RM involvement in relevant product and studio-level conversations. You will also be responsible for empowering and creating growth opportunities for Release Manager reports in a highly collaborative team environment.
