System1 is looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead our Monetization Platform. The Monetization Platform is the backbone of the company’s revenue infrastructure, and we’re looking for a TPM to scale and continue to drive the business. The ideal person for this role is highly motivated, accustomed to a fast-paced environment, and has a strong understanding of evolving business needs.

You will be responsible for ideating and executing on new platform-oriented products through challenging/complex problems. You will work hand-in-hand with our awesome engineering, product, data, analytics, marketing, and business teams to deliver products that drive the next generation of our platform.

What You Can Expect on the Team

• Roadmap: Define and maintain the Monetization Platform roadmap with inputs from business and engineering stakeholders
• Product Development: Lead the ideation, technical requirements, engineering coordination, and launch of new products/features for the Monetization Platform
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to define, scope, and deliver impactful solutions for the business
• Cross-functional: Coordinate resources from other groups (data science, data engineering/ETL, data analytics, business, legal, compliance, etc.)
• Agile: Manage agile processes for multiple simultaneous initiatives, lead standups, and sprint planning
• Drive the business: Expand platform capabilities to support additional business needs
• Engineering Ownership: Own system stability and up-time of all services for the Monetization Platform
• Product Execution: Responsible for team execution and delivering on stated milestones
• Alignment: Provide effective written and verbal updates on the product roadmap and key projects to all relevant stakeholders

What You Will Bring

• Demonstrated experience as a Technical Product Manager
• Strong technical knowledge with system integration, platform engineering, and APIs
• SQL skills to quickly analyze data + provide engineering input
• Strong background of increasing responsibilities and clear success in delivering products
• Analytical thinking, plus excellent written, verbal, and leadership skills
• Engineering or computer science education and/or relevant technical background
