Blue Nile is looking for a strategic, creative, data-driven product leader to help revolutionize how the jewelry marketplace is brought to the life for consumers.
We want a Product Leader with a natural bias towards execution: someone who loves turning great ideas into action. You have a problem-solving mindset and a love of building extraordinary Partner Experiences. You are creative, collaborative and have a love for delivering solutions in a fast-paced agile environment.
You'll help define and influence Blue Nile's Partner product strategy and ensure the delivery of successful, new customer focused products. You'll work closely with your peers in engineering, design, analytics, merchandising, and customer care.
What You Will Do

• Provide leadership and strategic direction on Supply Chain Product
• You will lead the product from inception through to execution, from procurement to shipping, making our Partner experience incredibly compelling and supply chain efficient and effective
• Build business cases using competitive analysis, market and customer research
• Partner closely with engineering, UX, and business teams to deliver solutions that satisfy customer experience, business, and technology goals
• Define a set of success metrics to measure customer satisfaction and business impact and work to drive partner adoption
• Removing roadblocks - prioritization, resource requests, deep dives
• Deliver effective change management and communications for technology implementation, data policy and process re-engineering as needed

• Detail oriented, yet able to look at a wide array of choices & identify what truly matters
• Strong ability to build and manage relationships
• High energy and a positive outlook with the passion to make things better at every opportunity
• MBA or MS degree strongly preferred
• Proven experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience defining projects, driving technical requirements, writing detailed business specifications, and coordinating with stakeholders across several teams
• Proven ability to use data and data driven approaches to solve complex business problems
• Strong Agile project management experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Computer Science or equivalent degree preferred
• At least 12 years of product, technology and partner experience
• 10+ years of experience in product management or program management in an Agile environment
• 10+ years consumer web or mobile products preferred
• Experience with AB testing
• Strong user experience sensibilities and appreciation
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to work closely with engineers
• Deep analytical skills. Strong use of analytics, user research and business cases to drive decisions and improve products a plus
