About the Role

We are a high-growth company in a fast-growing market, we have big ambitions, and we are expanding our Revenue Enablement team. In this role, you will be joining the Revenue Enablement team reporting to the Sr. Director, Enablement - Learning & Development. The Revenue Enablement function at Highspot is an integral part of the company. Our mission is to empower Highspot’s customer-facing teams with the most effective knowledge and content to accelerate revenue growth.


This role within Product L&D is more than just technical training. At Highspot, our Product L&D team know our customers inside and out. They start by clarifying the problem our customers are trying to solve and then building momentum around the philosophy and value of Highspot to solve those problems and ultimately engages customers to be part of the strategic solution. In this role, you will be responsible for taking a customer-centric approach to ongoing product & release enablement, product launch training, driving GTM product expertise, certification design & enabling value driven conversations around Highspot capabilities. The role requires effective collaboration across cross-functional teams, the ability to create and innovate the design, development & delivery mechanisms in conjunction with the broader Revenue Enablement team and the ability to scale knowledge across the organization. Additionally, the role will require the ability to engage in customer-facing conversations, an analytical approach to driving revenue growth and platform adoption and the ability to set strategy and measure impact of learning & certification initiatives. This is an exciting role in which you will have the opportunity to help shape and grow not just the role, but also the product.

What You'll Do

  • Design and execute a robust product evangelism strategy & ecosystem, with a customer-centric lens that drives required expertise and the right conversations across our GTM teams and the broader organization
  • Collaborate with teams across Product, Product Marketing, Sales, GTM, Services, Revenue Enablement, Community and other cross-functional partners to assess needs, build scalable learning & enablement frameworks and measure effectiveness
  • Create, deliver and optimize product training resources, courses, certifications and live learning events to drive mastery
  • Engage in customer conversations with a focus on how Highspot solves customer challenges
  • Partner with GTM leadership and Enablement teams on adoption, live training execution, coaching frameworks and related workshops
  • Develop long-term processes, content, and procedures to ensure we scale effectively with our approaches and techniques. 
  • Be an expert on our software, customer, and our market, as well as be able to identify, prioritize and execute on both tactical and strategic projects
  • Use Highspot analytics to identify opportunities and evaluate the impact of your initiatives through KPIs
  • Identify gaps and opportunities within content, processes, and programs to ensure successful scaling across the organization. 
  • Scale Product Enablement team to support the maturing needs and expertise required with the continued growth of Highspot
  • Find synergies between internal and external Product Evangelism and areas to capitalize on shared knowledge bases and value messaging
  • Leverage experience and success within Product Evangelism to help define industry standards around product launches, certification and driving product expertise
  • Identify and share best practices of top performers and amplify them across the Sales team and Global Enablement Team

Your Background

  • 5+ years of experience in sales training, brand evangelism and/or sales enablement.
  • 3+ years of experience in successful customer facing roles 
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels, including high levels of cross-functional partnerships and executive & GTM messaging
  • Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Quick to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter - you can take an initiative and hit the ground running with little to no direction

Our HQ is located within walking distance of Pike Place Market and the Seattle Piers. With amazing 360 views of the Puget Sound and Downtown Seattle. The only downside, there are almost too many places to pick for your lunch meetings.
