This is an opportunity to join a world-class product management team at ExtraHop and play an instrumental role in driving forward innovative integration solutions for our customers. This is an individual contributor role that will work cross-functionally to lead our growing ecosystem of partner integrations to continue to advance ExtraHop’s leadership in the NDR (Network Detection and Response) space. This role requires a strong technical expertise along with business acumen, along with experience in driving cross-functional alignment.
Duties & Responsibilities
● Build rapport and relationships with customers, prospects, partners and teams within ExtraHop to understand use-cases, evangelize product vision, discuss the roadmap, and gather product feedback

● Identify and vet new opportunities to grow and expand the business; drive execution planning in collaboration with cross-functional teams (SA, BusDev, Partnerships, Sales)
● Drive R&D’s shared understanding of customer needs, domain problems, and market conditions
● Define and document product vision
● Drive understanding of broader security market and integration opportunities
● Prioritize product roadmap, maximizing business and customer value in changing market conditions and balancing investment in established product functionality against the introduction of new use cases
● Partner closely with engineering to bring product integrations to market
Preferred Qualifications
● 5+ years experience in a product management role
● Experience with integrations and the integration ecosystem
● Experience working with third party engineering teams
● Previous success in the development and the execution of product integrations
● Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third party agencies
● Excellent presentation skills
● Willing to travel 20% (US travel)
Required Qualifications and Experience
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
● Prior experience in security product integrations work
● Security product management experience is strongly preferred

● Technical aptitude coupled with an enthusiasm for technology and the ability to translate this into compelling narratives
● Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to create exceptional content and comfortably engage with sales, customers, and partners
● Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams
● Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
● MBA is a plus
