Position summary:

This position will:

• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap that delivers on our ADC mission and priorities
• Define problem statements and product requirements with transparency and care
• Design and prioritize features taking into consideration market trends and customer needs
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver new features with velocity
• Define priorities to ensure successful product launches on time and with quality
• Drive usage and adoption of our products with customers
• Evangelize features internally and externally to ensure users benefit and derive value from the products we build
• Be a positive teammate who goes beyond oneself and elevates the performance of the entire team

Primary responsibilities:

• Define vision and build roadmap for a feature area and the path to achieve the objectives
• Deliver differentiated products that are in alignment with market trends and delight customers
• Lead feature planning, prioritization and setting up the execution direction of engineering teams
• Collaborate across sales, marketing and other functional teams to drive GTM activities
• Engage with customers to drive adoption of products
• Influence cross functional teams in agile ways of working

Required skills experience and qualifications:

• “Can do” attitude and passion to make customers and colleagues successful
• Takes ownership with the natural inclinations to take challenges head on and deliver impact
• Bias towards data driven decision making that incorporates analytical and creative thinking
• Proven track record as a product manager with experience in B2B software/SaaS products
• Ability to straddle across strategy, technical depth and execution in product delivery
• Analytically minded
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Solid understanding of networking, application delivery and application security concepts
• Minimum of a Bachelors in engineering required. Graduate degree in science, engineering or business is a plus
• 5+ experience in product management or similar role with expertise in software/SaaS
