The Role


Outreach is transforming how companies engage with their customers. As the Product Manager for Data Integrations, you will define and execute our third-party data integration strategy, enabling users to take action within Outreach using data from any application, and customers to use Outreach data in external applications. You’ll be a growth hacker, driving expansion of Outreach by unlocking our ecosystem strategy. You will also drive adoption and growth of global and enterprise customers, by defining and executing the strategy and roadmap for integrating with their technology stack.

In this role you can expect to:

  • Drive the data integration platform vision and strategy, unlocking extensibility, ecosystem, and other enterprise customer opportunities
  • Partner with customers, go to market teams, and engineering to build and maintain a prioritized roadmapDefine and own core metrics that measure success and adoption of capabilities
  • Lead product discovery and roadmap sessions with key stakeholders and customers
  • Partner with product marketing to develop enablement and positioning collateral to share around productized integration and extensibility offerings

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8-10+ years of experience building great products, including responsibilities driving prioritization, trade-offs, timelines and go-to-market execution
  • Strong technical aptitude; deeply familiar with system integration strategies, CRM or other core B2B solutions, and modern application development
  • Deeply analytical, high EQ, curious and process oriented. Skilled at rapidly assessing a product landscape and synthesizing highest priority opportunitiesAbility to define long-term business strategy, and drive impact on short-term product goals
  • Self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with the demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate and work well with others
  • Deep understanding of customer needs, and strong motivation to tackle their problems
  • Strong skills around cross-functional collaboration, influence, and communication
  • Ability to achieve clarity and drive focus in complex domains
  • Strong analytical abilities and prior experience with building business cases, data analysis, and problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Built, managed and maintained a product line in a related GTM motion in B2B/SaaS application stack
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA or related graduate degree preferred
  • Previous experience with enterprise customers and building enterprise scale solutions is preferred
