Your Role Accountabilities...
As a Staff Data & AI Product Manager / Manager of Data & AI Product Management, you will:
- Lead co-creation, execution and evolution of the vision, strategy and roadmap for your product area
- Deliver, innovate, and grow data & AI products with crafted user-centric experiences in close collaboration with analysts; data scientists; & data and machine learning engineers
- Build trusted, impactful cross-functional partnerships within and outside Data & AI
- Communicate and influence effectively up, across, and down to align and unite teams
- Mentor junior and first-time product managers to create impact and grow their careers
- Contribute to building and scaling our product management function in terms of best practices, processes, and community
Qualifications & Experience...
You will thrive here with the following skills and experience:
- 7+ years of technical work experience, preferably in consumer products, technology or media & entertainment
- 5+ years of product management experience building and iterating on platforms and/or ML-powered experiences that users love. Experience in growth product management or data governance & privacy is a plus
- 2+ years experience mentoring product managers
- Humility, scrappiness and demonstrated ability to motivate teams to deliver impact fast amid ambiguity, change, and resource constraints
- Passion for data and artificial intelligence. Voracious learner who keeps abreast with latest trends and innovation in the space.
- Fluency in SQL to analyze data and identify insights

The Legal Bits...
In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $107,835.00 - $200,265.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
