The Customer Insights team is responsible for Brand Expedia's insight generation systems. Our data sets are used throughout the organization by teams to cater online experiences to the need of the customer and identify market segments that are worth engaging. By knowing our customers we drive richer experiences and realize greater value for the company.

What you'll do

  • You will work with a dynamic development team that located in Seattle and Bangalore
  • You will support squads that focused on solving customer problems by prioritizing work items, grooming stories and clarifying technical requirements
  • You will communicate with key business partners and clients while maintaining platform governance
  • You will program management for multiple migration initiatives as we move our consumers to next generation platforms
  • You will look over feasibility studies for new partners who are wish to utilize our data sets and APIs
  • You will run analytics to understand coverage, utilization and potential improvements that we can make to our data product

Who you are

  • Familiarity with data management practices to source and publish information about customers to drive learning and insights
  • Exposure to event driven systems and APIs to support analytics and real time personalization
  • Understanding of machine learning concepts and data pipelines
  • Drive continuous improvement and contributing towards process and organizational change
  • Cares deeply about building a product to support personalization experience for customers
