Context

Our product practice is growing, thanks to our recent success turning prototype designs into useful and innovative products. To continue our growth, we are hiring a Technical Product Manager.
As a successful TPM, you bring a mix of project management, program management and product management abilities. You’ll work with a wide variety of clients who push us to be flexible and efficient. We welcome generalists and non-traditional paths at iF: our team is full of people with unique backgrounds and experiences.

You’ll report to an Associate Director within our design practice. We take leading and training seriously, and and we will invest in you and your goals.

What you will do:

  • Contribute to multiple client projects at once.
  • Lead partner development teams through an agile process.
  • Assist Technical Director in solution architecture for proposals.
  • Conduct user research and data analysis to determine the best product features.
  • Research emerging technologies to advise clients on possible applications.
  • Participate in R&D efforts to accelerate and move the company forward.
  • Manage internal and external client relationships.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years going through full software development cycles as a Dev or TPM.
  • Hands-on coding experience (Javascript, Python preferred).
  • Working knowledge of current web and service technologies (Cloud, AI, Reactjs preferred).
  • Ability to work collaboratively and assertively across teams.
  • Great verbal and written presentation abilities.
  • Empathy for designers, developers & end users.
  • Possible career paths to this role.

  • You’re an avid learner who loves technology and wants more responsibility than your current role is offering.

iF offers a benefits package that includes domestic partner benefits, parental and adoption leave. This position is on-site in Seattle. We do not offer a relocation package.
