In this role, you will be responsible for business strategy development, client growth, and service innovation; and leading the high performing team that will deliver it. As a member of the senior leadership team, the VP of Client Success will develop and implement the long-term strategy for the Client Success Team, including but not limited to, account service strategy, client marketing innovation, account protection strategy, and revenue generation.

At Ideoclick, we work as a distributed team. While we maintain a corporate presence in Seattle, WA; our employees have the flexibility to work from the location they choose, and we are open to this role living/working anywhere in the US.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive value for Ideoclick clients; achieve revenue targets based on overall company and client strategies
  • Implement processes and systems that help account management, marketing, and merchandising teams to deliver impactful, scalable solutions across different client tiers
  • Adjust and optimize service offerings and quality to maximize client returns
  • Lead and develop a Client Success team that is empowered to deliver innovative solutions, communicate performance, and manage risk with our clients
  • Partner with Business Development leadership to develop and execute strategies that create successful client relationships and minimize churn
  • Provide executive support as part of client engagements, building relationships that result in better communication and risk mitigation
  • Measure and evaluate services activity against the company’s and clients’ objectives and intended results
  • Develop and manage a high performing Client Success team through prioritization, workload balancing/utilization, employee engagement, and staff development
  • Identify gaps and best practices in operational support to improve overall performance

What you’ve done:

  • Spent 12+ years in client facing roles, such as Client Success, Relationship Management, or Account Management within an SaaS, CPG, eCommerce or agency environment
  • Successfully lead a large cross-functional team, 30+ reports for 5+ years
  • Consistently exceeded revenue and growth targets
  • Accountable for client retention, engagement, and NPS, while working to mitigate churn and drive engagement
  • Gained experience working in a startup environment – ideally growth stage
  • Worked with eCommerce platforms, and/or experience in consumer goods industry
  • Able to direct, lead, coach, and develop a high performing team
  • Strategic yet hands-on and willing to roll up your sleeves in support of our clients and team
  • Experience with digital marketing or other eCommerce platforms, products and services
