VP of Product Management, Knowledge Platform and Ecosystem
The Role
One of the key assets we build at Outreach is a passionate ISV community - third party developers who extend the Outreach experience by providing functionality that integrates into our service. To do this, Outreach continues to evolve from being a product to being a software platform.

1. Partner across the organization to drive extensibility at the UI level and externalize internal functionality as APIs
2. Build a strategy around how we ingest data and how we process it to build knowledge assets
3. Understand deeply the needs and motivations of developers and create SDKs, tools and content and events to engage them
4. Over time develop monetization models that drive a win-win with ISVs and Outreach
5. Hire and grow a team of world-class Product Managers to scale out this area
