The Challenge
We’re looking for a strategic web experience manager and product owner to join our web marketing team to lead a new digital initiative and corporate priority.
The Web Experience and Product Manager, will provide strategic partnership with brand, creative, product and development teams on critical web marketing initiatives and new experience platforms. Work includes driving web product strategy and roadmaps, capacity planning, web design, UX/UI global expansion, localization and project management. Additionally, they will monitor and optimize site performance, user behavior and conversion rates, content management and launching new campaign initiatives. Reporting to the Global Head of Website, you’ll be a valuable addition to the web marketing team, and will be a key partner to product stakeholders.
The Expectation for Success
- Lead web product development and roadmap planning for strategic digital experiences and platforms
- Partner withkey stakeholders to develop an incredible user experience through UI, design, engineering, content and interactions
- Optimize strategic digital experiences by monitoring web metrics and KPIs - traffic, conversion and lead generation rates, engagement and usage metrics, and pipeline targets
- Set a global roadmap based on regional requirements, country dynamics and individual market priorities – in a way that achieves scale
- Understand best practices and advise on web content strategies and requirements
- Lead and assist with new country launch and post-launch development
- Strongly lead best practice adoption of key technologies and processes.
- Be the driver of efficiencies and creativity in marketing processes to enable more effective execution
- Ensure marketing attribution standards are kept and campaigns are tracked effectively and efficiently
The ideal candidate is:
- An expert in digital products and experience platforms - primarily related to video streaming platforms, branded experiences, content creation and social media
- Experience in building web products, managing web engineering roadmaps, and setting requirements
- Knowledgeable of web metrics and KPIs - utilizing web analytics tools to find gaps and opportunities
- Comfortable and experienced in working with senior leadership
- An agent for change and continuous iterative improvement, experienced in generating new and innovative approaches to problems and challenging the status quo and is constantly looking for ways to advance next generation marketing tactics. Experienced in breaking through organizational boundaries and working at multiple levels to drive global collaboration and teamwork while building strong, positive relationships.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 4+ years of prior experience digital experience platforms, video streaming platforms, or evangelizing digital content
- 2+ years of experience managing product roadmaps - working directly with engineering teams and developers, managing the QA process, and launching new products
- 2+ years experience using and understanding web analytics, CRM and segmentation tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Segment, Marketo, and Salesforce
- 2+ years experience and understanding of email marketing, social media marketing, UTM management, SEO, and SEM/paid advertising.
- Strong understanding of global market conditions, legal requirements, local complexities and working with international stakeholders
- Experience working within CMS and DAM platforms, building and editing components, and launching content
- Expertise with industry standard concepts, practices, and procedures such as tag management, web forms, A/B testing, etc.
- Background and willingness to work in a sprint based agile manner.
- Proven success in implementing plans effectively in a matrix organization
- Experience resourcing and managing many projects at once.
