Within Chewy, the Chewy Health team is focused on redefining how veterinarians and pet parents care for their pets and are on a multi-year journey to build a set of new pet parent and veterinarian facing services, delivered via our PracticeHub platform, making it easier to keep pets of all shapes and sizes leading healthy, happy lives.

As part of this mission, Chewy Health is currently seeking an expert individual to fill our Program Manager position to join our Healthcare Services team based in Plantation, FL, Bellevue, WA, or Boston, Massachusetts. The candidate we are looking for should have a strong delivery record and confirmed project management experience in strategic, tactical, cross-functional projects and programs across multiple verticals. This role requires creating project plans, developing processes, coordinating and driving execution, and communicating to senior management on status, risks and process/product changes. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are critical. The ideal candidate will demonstrate extensive project management experience, combined with deep analytical capabilities and a keen sense of innovation, to lead projects from conception to completion. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and oversee various cross-functional programs, ensuring successful delivery.
  • Set clear objectives for programs, demonstrating data analytics to drive improvements and achieve goals.
  • Establish and supervise key performance indicators to track project progress, measure success, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives and regularly communicate status reports to a wide audience.
  • Navigate and resolve ambiguities in business scenarios, applying creative problem-solving skills.
  • Champion collaboration with internal and external partners to optimize resource allocation and project success.
  • Evaluate and prioritize projects in conjunction with customer needs and technical team inputs.
  • Drive efficiencies across high volume projects using project management systems
  • Bridge gaps in team dynamics, processes, and systems, preventing common project pitfalls.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, preventing them from advancing into major issues.
  • Regularly communicate project status, roadblocks and risks with director+ audience and other critical collaborators to support project delivery.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience required.
  • Track record of taking ownership and getting results in a data-driven, fast-paced environment
  • Consistent track record of developing tools and programs to address sophisticated problems
  • Analytical skills with ability to develop financial and data models.
  • Intrinsic ability to work cross functionally and collaborate as part of a team to deliver strong results
  • Experience commercializing new items in e-commerce, retail or consumer packaged goods
  • Strong ability to lead and influence others and provide analysis and recommendations to accelerate projects
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and adjust to changing demands
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Position may require travel

Bonus:

  • MBA or Masters
  • Proficiency with SQL, Lucidchart, or TeamGantt
  • Experience in veterinary or pharmaceutical industry

Compensation & Benefits:

Our salary range for a Program Manager position is $95,500.00 - $152,500.00. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k, and a new hire and annual equity grant. We offer different types of insurance, such as medical/Rx, vision, dental, life, disability, hospital indemnity, critical illness, and accident. We offer parental leave, family services benefits, backup dependent care, flexible spending accounts, telemedicine, pet adoption reimbursement, employee assistance program, and many discounts including 10% off pet insurance and 20% off at Chewy.com. Salaried-exempt team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
