What you’ll do

  • Use your organizational, market, and technical skills to support the execution of all programs delivering highly performant and scalable solutions across the full technology stack
  • Manage a portfolio of programs delivering end-to-end technology solutions for our commodities business
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to implement data services within a microservices architecture, based on our commodities business requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to implement custom extensions to existing solutions, along with standalone applications that will offer new features to end-users
  • Manage project execution, financial planning and forecasting, and enterprise-wide project communications
  • Solve complex and challenging problems through the application of innovative solutions, leveraging the latest technology

What’s required 

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of financial industry experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, trading environment
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in finance, information systems, or related field
  • Extensive hands-on experience managing parallel projects in a business-aligned technology team supporting trading, risk management, finance, and/or operations functional teams
  • Foundational understanding of technology delivery concepts and the software development lifecycle
  • Experience with OpenLink Endur and working with commodity and energy asset class data is preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of financial trading concepts, risk analytics, financial reporting
  • Advanced and detail-oriented analytical skills, with focus on data accuracy and consistency
  • Collaborative mindset, with strong written and verbal communication skills

The annual base salary range for this role is $128,000-$210,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
