The Role

We are looking for a full-time, Project Manager to be part of the team that deploys Parchment applications to new clients. The Project Manager will have a background in project management, strong communication skills, and the willingness and ability to think creatively and flexibly. This position is suited to a person who brings both business analysis and project management skills to the role. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, requirements analysis, implementation and tracking of smaller implementations of Parchment software for higher education clients.

What you will be doing:

  • Create, maintain and review standard project management deliverables including project plans, risk registers, kickoff presentations, status call notes, etc.
  • Keep project teams (internal) and stakeholders (external) in sync on project scope
  • Identify and document issues and risks for each implementation project
  • Create and execute risk mitigation plans
  • Create project schedule based on business analysis outcomes
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders against schedule
  • Provide member support throughout the project
  • The Project Manager is accountable for project scope, resources, and timeline

What you will need to know/have:

  • Proficient in MS Office apps, Project Management Tools such as MS Project
  • Experience in a project management position or relevant coursework
  • Experience with Salesforce or enterprise CRM systems
  • 4 year university degree or equivalent experience

  • Solve Problems: Assess problem situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant information, generate possible solutions, and make recommendations and/or resolve the problem
