As a Project Manager in a temp role, you will support cross-functional AI initiatives by driving coordination, process development, and lifecycle management for AI use cases. This role will partner across business and technical teams to build scalable operational frameworks, manage stakeholder engagement, and support the successful delivery and adoption of AI-enabled solutions.
This temporary position requires prior experience either working in a consulting capacity with Microsoft or having direct experience at Microsoft.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across industry teams and key stakeholders to drive alignment, communication, and accountability across workstreams
  • Facilitate collaboration between marketing, sales, partner, and central organizations to support strategic program execution and stakeholder engagement
  • Support the intake, validation, prioritization, and lifecycle tracking of AI use cases while contributing to scalable operational frameworks and processes
  • Develop and operationalize intake frameworks, validation criteria, BOM structures, launch readiness processes, and partner enablement activities for AI deployments
  • Lead and support the design of operational processes, governance models, workflows, templates, and documentation to improve scalability, adoption, and repeatability
  • Identify process gaps and infrastructure improvement opportunities while recommending operational best practices and scalable process enhancements
  • Manage day-to-day project activities, including facilitating meetings, tracking milestones and dependencies, and documenting risks, decisions, and action items
  • Provide strategic recommendations and support future-state operational models, including AI-enabled and agentic workflow opportunities, to drive scalable program growth

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or economics, or equivalent degree
  • 5 years of professional experience required (consulting and/or project management experience a plus)
  • Preference for client-facing professional services experience
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Suite of productivity tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, CoPilot)
  • Power BI, HubSpot, QuickBase, SharePoint, OneNote experience is a plus
  • Good business acumen and awareness of business trends, including AI and automation
