Illfonic is looking for a high energy Producer to work with the Production Team and Art Department to help deliver quality content on time for our current and future projects. In this capacity you will help manage schedules, remove roadblocks for developers, and coordinate various meetings.

IllFonic is a multi-project studio with offices in Golden, CO and Tacoma, WA.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the art and production teams in scheduling meetings and taking notes during meetings.

  • Assist the art and production teams in entering and tracking tasks and bugs.

  • Assist QA with the regression and testing of various bugs and features.

  • Assist the art and production teams in tracking down various information regarding software, hardware, and question about development.

  • Assist the team in keeping various documents up to date with information as it changes.

  • Communicate up any risks and possible mitigation plans to the production team.

  • Assist developers if they are blocked and help to remove that impediment.

  • Communicate out daily tasks, goals, and status to the entire IllFonic team.

  • Communicate out completed work and work with QA and/or department Leads to vet that work.

  • Work with the production team and Sr. Management to help determine the resources needed to complete work to meet milestones and schedules on time.

  • Mentor other production and QA staff.

  • Provide motivation and help to improve processes.

  • Identify issues and help to improve production processes.

  • Be the first line of Quality Control during development.

Requirements:

  • 2+ Years in a Production Role related to content and asset creation

  • Experience with the following software; JIRA, MS Office Suite, and Google Suite

  • Highly organized and self-motivated

  • Good people skills

  • Fast learner and computer savvy

  • Resourceful

  • Analytical thinker that can identify and break down complex problems to communicate them up.

Bonus Skills

  • Previous shipped title/s

  • Previous experience in an art development role

  • Agile Training and Certificates

  • Project Management Training and Certificates

  • College Degree
