As Associate Partnerships Manager, you’ll represent Ekata’s brand and lead our relationships with key partners to drive Ekata’s rapid expansion in the market. We are focused on growing market-share with high profile business partners to expand our market APIs and SaaS products and to strengthen the Ekata brand. This role will allow you gain experience with partnership management, which includes navigating partners relationships, owning partner focused projects, assisting with negotiations, working with end customers, and developing and leading trainings. Specifically, we are looking for someone who can help us with our most critical strategic partners, and highest potential growth partnerships. This role will also focus on special projects across the partnership organization, providing experience across all aspects of Ekata partnerships.

In the Associate Partnerships Manager role you will:

  • Work closely with the Senior Partnership Managers to help drive team strategy and win new business opportunities with key partners.
  • Assist with the day-to-day management of our most strategic and growth partner relationships, developing scalable business process and operating procedures.
  • Maintain and strengthen existing relationships with our partner threads, while also developing new ones.
  • Share responsibility for all aspects of partner growth: prioritization of business, strategic and financial assessment, structuring and negotiation of new projects, and ongoing partner management.
  • Be accountable for success metrics and partner revenue growth.
  • Maintain direct relationships with partners, proactively resolving issues and creating business value.
  • Collaborate with a broad range of internal stakeholders in Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Legal, serving as an advocate for your partners while balancing Ekata’s goals.
  • Develop to eventually operate with little oversight, being both an executor and strategic thinker.
  • Assist Senior Partner managers to track, analyze and communicate key metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships.

Our ideal Associate Partnerships Manager will have:

  • 2+ years business and/or partnerships experience, preferably with a successful track record of managing business relationships and cross-functional projects
  • 1-3 years selling into large enterprises in a quota carrying individual contributor role
  • Ability to take direction and proceed to work autonomously with a high degree of motivation to achieve goals.
  • Experience building and managing relationships with senior business leaders, both internally and externally.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with various teams, managing initiatives at scale and delivering results.
  • The ability to map complex business organizations.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 50% of the week
  • BA/BS required
