What’s the role? 

  • Your core responsibility is to work with our Brands to understand their business goals, analyze the underlying data that can help reach those goals, assessing and prioritizing use cases that can be automated, and laying out the automation vision and roadmap 
  • To do this, you’ll work with Brands, Partners, and internal stakeholders including Solution Directors who own the account relationship as well as design and development 
  • You’ll also be involved in pre-sale opportunities where you help lay out a vision for how conversation automation could drive results for the Brand
  • You’ll continue to advise on automations that have already launched, including helping to adjust roadmaps based on new information or helping to make sense of data trends observed in our automations
  • This is a role that can be a jack-of-many-trades, which should excite you

 What do you need to be successful?

  • Extensive, hands-on experience advising clients through the process of translating their business goals into an actionable plan
  • Ability to work with large data sets and analyze to derive insights that help guide our approach to automation
  • You may have been a consultant but you can also get your hands dirty and work with/guide implementation teams
  • You must have excellent written and presentation skills, with experience presenting to C-level/executive audiences 
  • You must have experience working with product development teams so you understand the tradeoffs you make as you build out a roadmap
  • You must have an excellent sense of how to prioritize what’s important, from a roadmap to what you work on day-to-day
  • You want to work in a small, fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.  It’s like working at a startup embedded in a bigger company.
