Our Team
Come join the GCO Compliance team and work with a talented group of world-class engineers and business professionals leading ServiceNow’s Global Cloud Operations compliance efforts. This team is responsible for driving compliance across ServiceNow Global Cloud Services in support of laws, regulations, standards, and contractual commitments applicable to ServiceNow Global Cloud Services.
Role
As the GCO Compliance Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to drive highly visible, cross-functional, and impactful initiatives from strategy to business outcomes, working with an incredible stack of talent across the organization where we drive to win as a team.
What you get to do in this role:
- Drive GCO Compliance Program Management activities in support of building out the GCO Compliance Program to include business processes, as well as, technical solutions.
- Drive compliance remediation efforts from solution identification to post-implementation requiring facilitation of crucial stakeholder conversations with senior technical and non-technical professionals dedicated to the implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow cloud platform.
- Establish and promote GCO Compliance awareness and communication.
- Support stakeholder compliance reporting and continuous monitoring communications and meetings.
- Own GCO Compliance Program business process documentation.
- Apply consistency and best practices through program initiation, planning, execution and closing phases, enabling business outcomes and benefits tracking.
- Interface with other PMO functions throughout ServiceNow as part of large project efforts.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement of the program to ensure we are always striving to achieve excellence, efficiency and scalability in what we do.
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
- 7+ years working in program management of Engineering, IT or Network operations
- Proven ability to successfully lead large programmatic effort
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills for all levels of an organization
- Demonstrated ability to successfully interface with engineering teams in critical and challenging remediation conversations
- Ability to understand the intent of compliance requirements to facilitate effective and meaningful remediation efforts
- Demonstrated experience in successfully designing and executing communication and awareness programs
- Self-motivated, self-directed, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a passion to make an impact
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills
- Excellent leadership and proven people skills
- Prior experience at a SaaS, PaaS or IaaS Cloud company
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science (CS), Engineering, Cyber Security or related field
- PMP certification
- Willing to travel up to 25%+ is required.
